Water based Lacquer Interior Wall Putty Waterproof Harmless

PB-06 base Lacquer Putty is a good cushion for the compressive stress between different wall surfaces. It applies on leveling both interior and exterior cement or concrete surfaces which is ragged so that to reduce the usage of top coat and project cost.

Features:

This product is a new strong coating bottom ash, mainly used for the leveling the uneven surface of cement mortar or concrete walls, providing a good base surface for the layer skim coat, and reducing the amount of skim coat on the surface and lowering down the project cost.

2, Good  flexibility, can be a good buffer layer for the stretching stress produced by different substrates .

Surface Treatment:

1, The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, and other loose materials.

2, The surface of the new plaster should be maintained about 12 days before inserting the skim coat, do not use cement paste for polishing.

3, If the wall is too dry, wet the wall till there is no obvious water on the surface before operation.

Operation Process:

1, Mixing the skim coat appropriate amount of water (about 3: 1) into a paste (namely 25kg powder + 7.5kg water).

2, According to the water-cement ratio, pouring the water into the stirring barrel, and adding the powder, then using an electric mixer to make unifoem paste, put it aside for a few minutes and then a little stirring to gain the better effect.

3, Using point-mending method to repair the place with a significant difference in smoothness, then using a trowel to scrap the adhesive onto the surface evenly after it dried, control within 1mm.

4, Can make operation of the skim coat on the surface layer when dried after 24h.
