The product is a new type strong adhesive, applied to indoor and outdoor wall paste of large-scale ceramic tile, grassing stone, natural stone material, modifies epoxy glue with features of strong adhesive strength, low stress, low dilatability, no bubble, quick set, proper viscosity and easy operate, resistant of grind, aging, cold-hot exchange.

Features:       

1, A new type strong stone adhesive, applied to all kinds of ceramic tile and stone material.

2, No need to wet the brick wall, effectively improve the efficiency.

3, Strong bond ability, material-reducing, much safer and firmer than the traditional cement adhesive, also can reduce the construct rubbish and the weight of the wall.

4, Good anti-infiltration and anti-aging function.

5, Can be directly used for floating rough surface, or smooth cement floor.

Surface Treatment:

The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, or other loose materials.

Operation Process:

1, The ratio:PB-01: water=3.3: 1 (20kg/bag, about 6kg water).

Stirring them into paste, using an electric mixer to make uniform paste, put it aside for a few minutes and then a little stirring to gain the better effect.

2, Using tooth scraper to scrap the adhesive onto the surface evenly, control within 1, then push the ceramic tile above it. 

3, For the tile or stone material with deep ditch, not only scrape the surface, but also the backside of the tile or stone. 

4, Leave 1.5mm joint space between two tiles, suggesting PB-MC color anti-moldy gap filler. 

Cautions:

1, Make sure the smooth and vertical rate of the surface before operation.

2, For the ceramic tile  or stone material with low water-absorption, please use PB-03 additive or PB-05 adhesive directly (specific refer the PB-03 and PB-05 product introduction). 

3, Can not be walked on or filled crack unless finished after 24h.

4, Operating under 5~40.
